The List for Tuesday, April 15th 2025

Welcome to The List,

When Cole Swindell took a knee to propose to his now-wife Courtney Little, you’d think the nerves would be about the big question, right? Nope..It was her father…They tied the knot last summer in a swoony little ceremony in Sonoma.

Morgan Wallen just dropped the news that his new album “I’m the Problem” comes out May 16th—because apparently, self-awareness is in this season. But wait—there’s more! He’s also launching “The Shop Sessions” on YouTube, where he performs acoustic versions of songs from the album in an old auto shop. Because nothing says heartbreak and horsepower like crooning next to a rusty carburetor. First one’s called “Just in Case,” and it’s out now!

—–

Kanye West is back on Twitter, proving once again that his fingers need a chaperone. He’s now accusing Taylor Swift of having flings with Justin Bieber and Harry Styles. Naturally, Taylor sent him a cease-and-desist, but that might just be the beginning. A source says Travis Kelce wants to handle things “man-to-man.” Translation: Travis is ready to turn Kanye into Yeezy pâté. This isn’t drama anymore—it’s defamation, harassment, and one very bad idea away from a tight end takedown.

—–

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are reportedly investigating why Hollywood doesn’t love them. Because when in doubt, start your own royal detective agency. Apparently, missing out on an Emmy nomination was a huge blow, and they believe there’s a coordinated hate campaign. So they’ve called in the big guns—Oprah, Ellen, and probably Scooby-Doo—to crack the case. I mean, when the whole world’s a palace of haters, who else do you trust but daytime TV royalty?

The List for Thursday, March 26th 2026

Welcome to The List,

Hookup shows come and go. Paychecks apparently stay forever. Taylor Frankie Paul will still get her full Bachelorette salary. TMZ says the payday lands in the low to mid six figures. The season got shelved after that viral domestic violence video resurfaced. Reality TV motto. Love fades. Direct deposit survives.

-----

Some guys jog. Some guys apparently brawl with neighbors. “Reacher” star Alan Ritchson reportedly got into a physical altercation. Sources say intense behavior is kind of his brand at this point. He doesn’t think he crossed a line. Neither does the authorities,

-----

Country star meets horsepower. This feels aggressively on brand. Darius Rucker is now a NASCAR Cup Series team owner. He invested in Legacy Motor Club which competes at the top level. From singing about wagons to literally owning fast cars. That is what we call career acceleration.

-----

If you like free music. Nashville just planned your summer. CMA Fest announced around 150 artists for daytime stages. Names include Ernest, Melissa Etheridge, Tucker Wetmore, more. The free shows run June fourth through seventh downtown. Wallet stays full. Voice will absolutely not.

You can catch The List, weekday afternoons at 4:20 with Jonathan Knight. Only on Iowa’s BEST Country KIX 101.1
