This Tuesday is the Grant Awards Ceremony for the Community Foundation of Marshall County.

That is Executive Director Julie Hitchens who says this event is open to the public.  Hitchens works with student groups from Marshalltown, East Marshall, and West Marshall High Schools.

The doors will open at DeJardin Hall on the MCC Campus 5pm with the program to start at 5:30.  Hitchens says they will have some desserts for those who attend.
