Marshalltown Mayor, Mike Ladehoff, has high praise for the Marshalltown Library.  He calls it one of the crown jewels of Marshalltown.

He also has high praise for the volunteers that sit on the Library Board.  Mayor Ladehoff is excited for the construction to be completed at the Library.

Currently the northwest corner of the Library is under construction and they are adding more study rooms, a podcast room, and more.  Construction is expected to be finished this summer.
