M.I.C.A. stands for Mid-Iowa Community Action and their goal is to fight poverty in Central Iowa.  They have a program called Head Start which is for those youth who are not quite pre-school aged yet.

That is Resource Development and Communication Coordinator with M.I.C.A. Abra Dougherty.  She then talks about how families can qualify for this program.
