Over the weekend the Marshalltown Police Department gave another update related to the shooting that happened the morning of Sunday, March 1st. The Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation and the Marshalltown Police Department are searching for a potential witness, 21-year-old Brent Angel Aguilar, from Marshalltown.
Aguilar may have more information regarding the shooting March 1st but also has three existing warrants for his arrests for violation of probation and one current arrest warrant for being a material witness in this investigation. Aguilar stands at 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs roughly 170 pounds, and can be identified by a B tattoo on the front of his neck.
