Tomorrow, the Marshalltown YMCA pool will be filled with youth participating in the Y Sectional meet. This is for the swimming program within the YMCA, Aquatics Director Shelley Lechnir says there will be a total of five Y’s competing including the Marshalltown Y.
There will be a total of six sectionals across the state on Saturday. The swimmers are competing to qualify for their state meet which will happen the first weekend in March.
That YouTube page is called, “Blue Wave Swim Team.” The Marshalltown YMCA is set to host the State meet March 7th and 8th.
