A third suspect has been arrested and charged stemming from the weapons call at the high school back in December. 18-year-old Angel Dominic Vasquez has been arrested and charged with Attempt to Commit Murder, Robbery in the 1st Degree, and several other charges.
Around 4:45pm, after school let out for the day on December 18th, Marshalltown Police Officers were dispatched to the Marshalltown High School for a weapons call. Subjects in the High School parking lot reported being shot but no injuries were reported. Officers arrived on scene and spoke to the victims who were able to provide them with vehicle and suspect descriptions. Officers were also able to gather evidence and obtain video of the incident from the scene.
The video evidence corroborated the victims’ account of the incident. This is an ongoing investigation
