David Hicks, Senior Director of Community Engagement, has been working for YSS since 1995 and over that time he has been able to help create programs that are now used across the state.

Hicks was part of the team that found a solution to help these young adults

Hicks was also instrumental in implementing the MPACT program in Marshalltown

The MPACT program has been wildly successful in Marshalltown and Hicks and his team are looking to hire a third Advocate to help cover more in Marshall County.
