Marshalltown get excited as Main Street and Center Street are both open after months of construction.  Yesterday the City announced that the 1 block on E. Main Street is open to thru traffic even though the lines are not yet painted.  The recent snow has delayed the painting of lines and those will be done later and the road will need to be closed to finish that.

Parallel parking is allowed on the North side and no parking is currently allowed on the south side.
