This week is Homecoming week for the Marshalltown Bobcats and last night was the parade and coronation.

The Queen candidates are: Jorja Janssen, Mylie Dougall, Elyza Veren, Ellie Downs, Zahira Zavala Contreras, Anessa Morrison, Sajko (Sahh-g-ko) Matthew, and Emerson Eastman.

King candidates are: Angel Chavez Ordaz, Ruben Fuentes, Nick Wise, Erick Martinez, Myles Goldman, Anthony Chavez Ordaz, Jacob Hayes, and Kyle Smith.

After the parade the festivities shifted to the High School and Leonard Cole Field.  At the Coronation, Sajko Matthew and Erick Martinez were crowed Queen and King.  They will rein over the rest of the festivities this week including the football game Friday against Mason City.  You can watch the parade back on KFJB-TV’s YouTube or Facebook pages.
