Kelsie Stafford has been the Marshalltown Park and Recreation Director for 12 weeks and she hit the ground running. The Aquatic Center had just opened up for the summer, Riverview Park was under construction, and the 3 projects in the Linn Creek District had all started. Stafford has worked hard to understand these projects and gives an update to the 3 projects in the Linn Creek District, starting with the Apgar Water Plaza.
