Hunting seasons will quickly come this summer and fall as Dove season kicks off on Monday.  DNR Forester, Joe Herring, gives a couple reminders for hunters before the big seasons start this fall.

Every hunter wants to remain safe while out in the fields and woods.  He says there are maps of areas that are open for hunting.  People can scout new places to go before the season starts.

Herring is encouraging people to check out more parts of Iowa this fall.
