It’s summertime in Marshalltown which not only means festivals, but it also means internships. We recently spoke with John Hall, the Marshalltown Chamber President and CEO about the next Why Marshalltown Intern series program and its goals.

Hall says it’s all about building that network and making sure those looking for internships and then future employment can get more plugged in with the community. He adds they’ve already had one event this summer, but there’s another coming up soon.

Hall says this scavenger hunt was incredibly well-received last year in part because those who participated got to see things here in town they’d not yet seen before, including our very own radio station.
