This school year is nearing an end, and for some local districts, seniors have graduated and walked across the stage ready for the next chapter of their lives. Graduation for the Marshalltown Community School District is June 1st and new High School Principal says this was a great year, even with it starting in a construction zone.
That is first year Principal Justin Boliver who says the students attendance numbers were up this year and behavior has gotten better.
Principal Boliver started the year as an interim principal but was hired on as the lead principal at Marshalltown High School moving forward.
