Announced by the Marshalltown Senior Citizens Center, Executive Director, April Long, will be retiring at the end of the month. During this month, she will be working with the next Executive Director, Nikki Reynolds. Reynolds formerly worked as the Membership Engagement Director for the Marshalltown YMCA.

Reynolds and her staff were the first faces people would see when coming into the YMCA. Being part of events at the YMCA will help her keep track of all the moving parts for the different events happening at the Senior Citizens Center, from daily card games to big dances.

Long said at the United Way Agency meeting yesterday her last day with the Senior Citizens Center is Friday, May 30th.
