The Marshalltown Community School District reviewed bidders and approved the budget for the first phase of the Franklin Field project last week.

This project is part of the Miller Middle School Bond, and the approximate cost for the Franklin Field portion is $6.9 million.

On Thursday, the Marshalltown School Board recommended and approved Trade Partner Contracts to move the project into the contracting phase. More information about this project can be found at marshalltowncsdfuture.com
