With all of the snow days already this month, the Marshalltown Community School District will be looking at how to make up that instruction time.  Dr. Theron Schutte, Superintendent of Marshalltown Schools, mentions last week on KFJB, what the challenge is making up these days.

Dr. Schutte goes on to mention the most meaningful way staff to make up that time is teaching students.

Administrators across Iowa do their best to make tough decisions with weather and when to make up that instruction time.  The online/virtual classes has helped in a pinch, like last week with Miller Middle school.
