Marshalltown Boys Bobcat Bowling team had their substate meet yesterday and as a team the Boys qualified for state! While the team won’t send any individual players, the whole teams still get to go and compete. The team finished 2nd yesterday will a score of 2952 only finishing behind Waterloo West. State bowling will begin Monday Feb. 20th and end on the 22nd, it will take place in Waterloo at Cadillac XBC.
E-Sports Sub-State playoffs was last night and the Marshalltown Overwatch team faced off against Abraham Lincoln of Council Bluffs. The Bobcats won 3-0 and punched their ticket to the state finals on March 4th. The finals are played at the MidAmerican Energy Company RecPlex in West Des Moines.
The Marshalltown Bobcat Girl’s Basketball team will play their substate game tonight vs Urbandale. They will be playing at Urbandale and the game is set to start at 7pm tonight.
