The Marshall County Board of Health reported an increase of 155 new cases of the rona and one death within the last week. It’s the fourth consecutive week of increases in COVID in the county.  It says statewide, there were close to 12-thousand new cases last week, along with 24 COVID-related deaths.

The Board of Health also notes that free PCR tests are available at the Marshalltown Public Library. These are saliva tests that will be sent at no charge to the State Hygenic Lab for the results.
