A new learning option for those looking at nursing careers has launched here in Central Iowa. Nightingale College, located in Utah, has opened an Ames hub, while partnering with potential employers in the state. Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer Jonathan Tanner, the goal is to provide an online opportunity for a nursing degree, with the help of area partners providing clinical training in 16 partner facilities, including area Accura Healthcares in Marshalltown, Ames and Newton, Mary Greeley and MICA in Marshalltown to help with the nursing demand in the state.
