A mobile home fire in Nevada sent one child to the hospital with smoke inhalation on Monday.

The Ames Tribune says the fire resulted in major damage to the mobile home.

Investigators say the fire was caused by an aging electrical circuit that overloaded and a failing electrical system.

While the child was treated and released, a pet died in the blaze.
