In just over three months, we will be heading to the polls for another round of elections. While you will have to make some new choices as to which candidate you might vote for, there are also some changes in voting places coming up.

Marshall County Auditor/Recorder Nan Benson says beginning this year, the school and city elections will be combined into one election. Plus if you’ve voted in two different locations before, you’ll be assigned just one location for all your votes to be cast.

Absentee balloting in Marshall County will again be in the annex this season. However, in 2020, absentee balloting will shift to the new Supervisors meeting room, which will be on the lower level of the renovated courthouse.
