In class 1A top ranked Collins-Maxwell is a win away from a second straight championship. Mikayla Houge tossed a three hitter and struck out 13 in a 9-1 win over fourth ranked Newell-Fonda. The Spartans look to defend their title in Thursday night’s championship game.
