If it’s July 1st, then that means we have some new laws on the books in the State of Iowa, thanks to the 2019 legislative session.
Among the new laws, updates on background checks for those working with children, the elderly and disabled;
preventing you from losing a professional license if you are behind on repaying your student loan;
and expanded grants for Vets injured in the line of duty.
