During our agency’s investigation of a motor vehicle fatality crash involving an 8-year-old child that occurred in Marshalltown on May 15, 2019, at 3:29 pm, Officers from the Marshalltown Police Department have charged Marilyn Diggins, age 71, of Marshalltown with Failure to Yield to the Right of Way of a Pedestrian. This is a court appearance required citation. Mrs. Diggins has been released to appear at the Marshall County Court on Friday, May 31st for an initial appearance.
