A couple of notes from the opening day of the Drake Relays. In the high school high jump, Keith Keahna of South Tama finished fourth.

Two Northern Iowa athletes did well in the decathlon; Austin Heitland was third amongst the men, while Brooke Lorenz came in seventh in the women’s division.
