The Marshalltown Bobcat boys bowling team posted a fifth place finish at the 3A state bowling tourney in Waterloo yesterday. The bobcats rolled a team total of 2976, which was far below the teams average.

Senior Kamrin Chizek posted a series score of 448 to place sixth individually.

Davenport North captured the team with with  Pleasant Valley second, followed by  Cedar Rapids Jefferson, Muscatine and then the Bobcats.
