No  snow days today  for area schools as the storm system moved to the south of I-80. But boy did it dump some white stuff on southern Iowa. Oskaloosa led the way with 17 inches of snow;  University Park and Osceola were not far behind with 16 inches recorded. There were over 50 reports of double digit snowfall in the state, per the National Weather Service.
