Building, Buildings and more buildings were the center of discussion at the Marshalltown City Council meeting.

The owner of the Marshalltown Senior Residences, formerly known as the Iowa Wholesale Building, informed the Council the company was moving ahead with not only post-tornado repairs, but was looking at adding more units if a development agreements could be reached.

Conlin Development of Des Moines reported its interest in constructing a 55- unit building on East Merle Hibbs Road, behind Wal-Mart.
