The Marshalltown Public Library is again teaming up with Riverside Cemetery for another Walking tour this Saturday. This one will have a theme; the 100th anniversary of the Spanish flu epidemic that resulted in around 95 victims being buried at the cemetery.
Riverside Cemetery manager Dorie Tammen will host the tour. It begins at ten Saturday morning at the Riverside Cemetery office. The Walking Tour is free, but might not be appropriate for the younger age set.
