Governor Kim Reynolds has ordered all flags in Iowa to half-staff from sunrise to sunset today. The lowering of the flags are to honor Lance Corporal John D. Killen III of Davenport. He is among three veterans whose remains will be buried at Arlington National Cemetery today. KIllen was reported missing in June 1967 in Vietnam, his remains were returned to the US back earlier this year.
