Ames finished fifth, Marshalltown 10th in the 11 team Little Cyclone Cross Country Invite yesterday. Waukee won the team titleon both the boys and the girls side. ON the girls side, host Ames finished 7th out of 8. Marshalltown did not have its complete varsity team.
At the Pine Lake Invite, Jesup took the girls crown in the ten team field, while on the boys side, HOst South Hardin took the team title over runner up Dike-New Hartford.
