So close, but a so far…far enough that a three pointer by Urbandale’s Hank Drake spoiled the boys return to the roundhouse as Marshalltown fell to the J-Hawks at the buzzer 60 to 59 in overtime, a game heard last night right here on KFJB.

In the girls game, Urbandale bested the Bobcats 67 to 31.

Marshalltown next plays next Friday night at Mason City; both the girls and boys games will be heard on News/Talk 1230 KFJB.
