The Marshalltown High School Volleyball team swept Southeast Polk Tuesday night at the Roundhouse by scores of 25-15, 25-20 and 25-9. The are 2-2 on the year and host the Apgar Invite Thursday with Roosevelt, Waverly Shell Rock and Southeast Polk. There will be a swim and dive meet tomorrow at the Roundhouse pool at 5:30, Des Moines East comes to town. The cross country runners will at a Ames tomorrow at four. on Friday there is an edition of the Quarterback Club at O’Hungrys at noon, Marshalltowns high school football team will play at Mason City Friday night. Airtime is 6:55 for a kick off at seven thirty.
