The Marshalltown Police Department reports that the KFC was robbed and a man was arrested early Wednesday morning. Captain Chris Jones says the suspect is 21 year old Carlos Mendoza of Marshalltown who faces charges of 2nd Degree burglary and Interference with Official Acts. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
