The Rose Festival will continue late this afternoon at State Center with day two of four days worth of festivities. The coronation of the Rose Queen will be one of the highlights of the evening tonight. There is something for everyone to do while they visit State Center. A Grand Parade will be just one of many highlights that will take place on Saturday.
