The Marshalltown High School baseball team split with S-E Polk on the road Thursday night, winning won of the games 4-3, snapping out of a losing streak and dropping the other game by the score of 7-0. The softball team also was on the road at S-E Polk and lost both games by scores of 12-0 and 10-0. On Friday the baseball team will host North Polk in a single game at the stadium on the MHS campus, a game that will be broadcast on KFJB at seven p-m. The softball team will travel to Boon and play at 7:45 p-m on Friday night.
