The Marshalltown boys soccer team lost a Class 3-A substate soccer match to Cedar Rapids Prairie Wednesday night by the score of 2-1. Jose Torres scored the lone goal for the Bobcats. MHS played well and pushed the number one ranked and unbeaten Hawks to the brink. MHS ended up 6-11. There will be a baseball broadcast on KFJB tonight, East Waterloo comes to town for a doubleheader at five p-m, game two will be on the air at seven p-m. The MHS softball team will travel to Ottumwa for a doubleheader at six p-m.
