Marshalltown had a peak wind gust Saturday morning of 33 miles per hour during rain that was falling. The high temp on Friday turned out to be 57. The latest stage on the Iowa River at Marshall was well below flood stage of 19 feet with a crest expected Monday afternoon. Folks are hoping things dry out and warm up. Temps are expected to be back in the seventies for highs on Monday.
