A special election is being held in the West Marshall  school district Tuesday. The vote has to do with what is called a physical plant equipment levy which is a tax where the funds are used for infrastructure use within the school district. Polls are open from seven a-m to eight p-m. The polling places in the district include: Clemons School, Melbourne Recreation Center and State Center City Hall.
