Officials in Warren County have charged a man from Marshalltown with murder after a fatal fire took place at Hartford. 28 year old Stephen Major faces charges of First Degree Murder and First Degree Arson in connection with the death of his father. The body of 50 year old Robert Major was found by authorities on the morning of January 20th. Stephen Major has plead not guilty to the charges and remains in the Warren County Jail.
