The Marshalltown City Council is having a special meeting on Monday. According to City officials the meeting is budgetary in nature and will be held at 12 noon.

The subject matter of the budgetary talks is as follows:

1. General Fund
2. Road Use Tax Fund
3. Local Option Sales Tax
4. Employee benefit Fund
5. Debt service fund

The meeting is open to the public
