The Marshalltown High School volleyball team on Thursday beat Des Moines East on Senior Night by scores of 25-7, 25-17, and 25-14. Regan Mazour had 12 kills and Erica Johnson was 20-20 in her serves on the night.

The Sophomore football game at Fort Dodge got postponed due to weather concerns.

The Cross Country runners competed at the Des Moines East Invitational at Ewing Park in Des Moines, both the girls and boys finished in 5th place.

The Freshmen and Varsity football teams host Fort Dodge at Leonard Cole Field Friday, the Freshmen game is at 4:45 and the Varsity game kicks off at 7:30 p-m.

Marshalltown Junior Golfer Nate Vance plays at the State Boy`s Golf Tournament at the Tournament Club of Iowa at Polk City today. He will begin his round on hole 17.
