Candidates for county offices participated in a candidates forum sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce at the Orpheum Theater Center in downtown Marshalltown Monday. It was held in the middle of the day, all the candidates but challenger Randy Price, running for sheriff showed up. The participants answered questions for a 90 minute time frame. There are 34 days left to go until election day. There will be another forum at the theater on Wednesday to allow candidates running for state offices to participate. 11:30 a-m to one p-m.
