The Diamond in the Ruff Pet Rescue operation of the area continued a fundraising garage sale in Marshalltown Saturday. Bev Espenscheid says this is an annual fundraising effort for the dog and cat pet rescue operation. The event was held at the Salvation Army Citadel building in Marshalltown. She says they raised funds and creaed awareness about the importance of adopting and rescuing dogs and cats.
