A rough day on the roads yesterday, to say the least. One of the reasons was that folks were just plain driving too fast for the wintr conditions.

D-O-T Winter Operations Administrator Craig Bargfrede says.  He says many drivers hadn’t been in these conditions yet this winter.

Bargfrede says there were a number of instances where state plows were caught in the lines of traffic and couldn’t do anything until the vehicles were moved off the road and traffic was moving.
