A Nevada man who was injured when he was hit by a train earlier this week has not been charged with the murder of his two month old son.

According to Nevada Police Chief Ricardo Martinez, a 911 call as received about a infant not breathing on Monday. The child died a short time later.

Calvin Curtis White was arrested yesterday on a first degree murder charge and child endangerment causing death. White was treated after being by a train Monday afternoon.
