The Marshalltown City Council’s first reading of a proposed ordinance for the licensing of massage therapy businesses was met by passionate opposition from those already allowed by the State of Iowa as Licensed Massage Therapists. Tow individuals spoke to the Council about adopting the resolution. The bottom line is that that the resolution was tabled with more discussion anticipated.
