The Bobcat boys bowling team didn’t lose any steam during the long holiday break. Marshalltown bested Johnston last evening at Wayward Social 3326 to 2583. Richie Thomas’ 492 series led the way for the Bobcats.
The Marshalltown girls had it a little tougher, dropping a 2581 to 2330 match to the Dragons. Haley bell’s 342 series was tops for Marshalltown
Ottumwa is next for the Bobcat bowlers at Champion Bowl in Ottumwa this coming Tuesday.
The Bobcat boys swim team swam for 38-seaosn best times, but couldn’t overcome Mason City last night 55 to 39 in the Mohawks pool.
Marshalltown will host Fort Dodge next Thursday evening.
The Marshalltown grapplers also on the road last night, where the Cats fell to the 5th ranked Johnston Dragons 56 to 12. Marshalltown hosts the Allie Morrison Duals beginning at nine tomorrow morning at the Roundhouse.
