On this Labor Day a parade is being held in Des Moines this morning. Lance Coles is Communications Director of the Iowa Federation of Labor, AFL-CIO and says the parade which is a yearly tradition in Des Moines begins at 11:00 a-m at the State Capitol building and goes eastward on Grand Avenue down to the Iowa State Fairgrounds on East 30th Street.
